With 8 years experience in the fitness industry and a lifetime involvement in sports such as rugby, boxing and basketball, Joe has worked with a range of clients from people just starting out on their fitness journey to competitive athletes. 

As a coach, Joe draws upon his years of experience and his own personal journey competing in strength sports to enhance his coaching services. Joe specialises in coaching olympic weightlifters, powerlifters and sport-specific clients. 

Joe is a big believer in practising what he preaches and has always been passionate about fitness and sport throughout his whole life.
