Personal trainer and strength, specialising in strength training and sports specific programming, especially for strength sports, such as powerlifting and strongman, and strength and conditioning for both combat and contact athletes. I have experience as a competitive powerlifter, and keen to help you learn and improve in this sport, as well as introduce you to the other strength sports that offer a lot of variety and challenge. I have a passion for helping athletes of different disciplines, such as rugby, american football, BJJ, or Muay Thai, to enhance their physical and sporting qualities through effective exercise.

As your personal trainer and strength coach, I will not only guide you through the exercises, but also motivate you, support you, and inspire you. I will teach you the proper techniques, the principles of training, and the benefits of nutrition. I will also monitor your progress and adjust your plan as needed. I will make sure that every session is fun, challenging, and rewarding.
